Habit Upgrades is a brand operated by Nexbiz Ventures, a registered sole proprietorship in British Columbia, Canada ("we," "us," or "our"). We publish science-backed explainers on habits, behavior, and the mind, and we may earn commissions through affiliate links. The Site is hosted on Cloudflare. By visiting www.habitupgrades.com or using our newsletter (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or use the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for your use of the Services.
